The core practice of Synergy Holistic is PAUSE ATTUNE PLAY
We know that change is the only constant so how do we tune our nervous system to approach change and not avoid change?
PAUSE – to take a mindful moment and intentionally practice embodied presence
ATTUNE – to the source of love, the resourcefulness
PLAY – move in the direction that’s life affirming, be it ever so little.
When life is rushing through you and you are scrambling, chasing,moving ahead of yourself or simply everything feels too much or nothing, just PAUSE and let your entire being digest the moment, become present in body,mind,emotion,breath and the surrounding. Allowing enough space for life to enter and move through you,expanding your capacity to stay with things and grow through them.Letting your mind rest and embodying presence intentionally – is a powerful PAUSE. Pause is the space between the notes, which makes music harmonious else it is just noise.
PAUSE is the super power of wellbeing ,and its beneficial to practice PAUSE through the day and train your nervous system to come into rhythm between alert and calm.
